  • Yarn: Lang Yarns · Cloud Tweed, about 435 m.
  • Straight needles (or a circular needle worked back and forth) in your gauge size; a tapestry needle.

12 stitches × 20 rows = 10 cm in the body stitch, after blocking.

Work 8 rows in garter stitch (knit every row) over all stitches.

Body

RS row: 4 sts in garter stitch, knit 23 sts, 4 sts in garter stitch. WS row: 4 sts in garter stitch, purl 23 sts, 4 sts in garter stitch. Repeat these 2 rows for 348 rows in all.

Top border

Work 8 rows in garter stitch (knit every row) over all stitches.
