Yarn: Plassard · Cascade Tweed, about 295 m.
Straight needles (or a circular needle worked back and forth) in your gauge size; a tapestry needle.

10 stitches × 14 rows = 10 cm in the body stitch, after blocking.

Work 6 rows in garter stitch (knit every row) over all stitches.

RS row: 3 sts in garter stitch, knit 19 sts, 3 sts in garter stitch. WS row: 3 sts in garter stitch, purl 19 sts, 3 sts in garter stitch. Repeat these 2 rows for 244 rows in all.

Top border

Work 6 rows in garter stitch (knit every row) over all stitches.
